Chi is a form of traditional Chinese exercise that uses slow sets of body movements and controlled breathing. Tai
chi is done to improve balance, flexibility, muscle strength and overall health. This class will teach you the Yang Style
24 Posture Form. The 24 Posture Form is a perfect introduction for a beginner to the essential elements of tai
chi chuan, yet it retains the traditional flavor of Yang style's longer forms. The 24 posture form is also good
for intermediate students who want to work on deepening their understanding of the principles of the Yang Tai Chi style.
